I can support you to mentally revisit life events, allowing you to process and reframe past memories in a more empowering way so they no longer hold you back.

 

Somatic Inquiry: Listening to Your Body’s Wisdom


Somatic Inquiry is a powerful way to explore and release stored stress, tension, and emotions held in the body.

 

Our bodies remember experiences, especially difficult or stressful ones. Even if we don’t consciously think about them, they can show up as tension, discomfort, or patterns of thinking and behaviour that don’t serve us.

 

Through guided attention and mindful exploration somatic inquiry creates a safe space for the body to communicate. As we listen, you will begin to understand and shift old patterns, leading to more ease, clarity, and well-being.


Emotional Freedom Technique: Freedom from Stuck Emotions


Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), or tapping, is a mind-body based therapy that uses gentle tapping on certain points of the body to help relieve stress, anxiety, and emotional pain. It combines elements from acupressure and talk therapy to promote healing and well-being.


Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy: Gentle Healing for Body and Mind


Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) is a holistic body-based technique that helps the body and mind release stored stress and tension, restoring natural balance and well-being.

 

Life experiences, especially stressful or traumatic ones, can leave a lasting imprint on our nervous system. Even if we’re not consciously aware, our bodies may still be patterned by these past experiences, affecting our physical, mental, and emotional health.

 

During therapy, I use a light touch to tune into the body’s natural rhythms and self-healing abilities. This encourages the nervous system to settle, allowing deep relaxation and healing to take place, releasing tension, improving overall energy flow, and enhancing resilience.

 

BCST is very gentle—yet deeply effective. The body is supported to reset, helping to relieve stress, ease pain, and support emotional well-being. Many people find it helpful for anxiety, low moods, chronic pain, fatigue, injuries, and trauma recovery.
